We ship all items from Spokane County, Washington. Below are our shipping guidelines.

PROCESSING & PRODUCTION TIMES

• Custom engraved or embroidered items: 5–10 business days
• Non-custom apparel: 2–4 business days
• Production timelines may extend during peak seasons or large orders
• For fundraiser items, custom delivery timelines will be explained on product pages and may be incorrectly shown on Shopify product or checkout descriptions.

SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES

• USPS First Class: 3–7 business days
• USPS Priority Mail: 2–4 business days
• UPS Ground: 2–5 business days
(Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.)

ORDER TRACKING

Tracking details are emailed once your order ships.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

RISK OF LOSS

Once an order is handed to the carrier, responsibility for delivery passes to the customer.
10-8 Design LLC is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or theft after delivery is marked complete by the carrier.

INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ORDERS

If an item arrives incorrect or damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos.
