ORDERS & PRODUCTION

How long does production take?
Custom engraving: 5–7 business days
Embroidery: 7–10 business days
Non-custom items: 2–4 business days

Can I rush my order?
Yes, depending on current workload. Email us to check availability.

Can I cancel my order?
Non-custom orders may be canceled within 12 hours if production hasn’t started.
Custom orders cannot be canceled once production begins.


CUSTOM ORDERS

How do I submit a custom design?
Upload it on the product page or email it to us after checkout.

What file types do you accept?
PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF, and AI.

Do I get a proof?
Some items include a digital proof. If required, we will send it via email.

What if I make a mistake in the personalization?
Customers are responsible for checking all spelling and details before submitting.
We cannot replace or refund items due to customer errors.


SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free standard U.S. shipping on orders over $60.

Which carriers do you use?
USPS and UPS.

How long does shipping take?
USPS First Class: 3–7 days
USPS Priority Mail: 2–4 days
UPS Ground: 2–5 days

Package says “delivered” but it’s not here.
Check with neighbors or your local post office.
We cannot replace or refund packages after a carrier marks them delivered.


RETURNS

What is your return policy?
Unworn, unwashed non-custom items may be returned within 30 days.

Are custom items returnable?
No. Custom items are final sale.

What if my item arrives damaged?
Email us photos within 7 days and we’ll replace or repair it.


PRODUCT CARE

How do I care for engraved tumblers?
Hand wash only. Avoid dishwashers unless stated safe by the manufacturer.

How do I care for embroidered apparel?
Wash cold, inside-out. Tumble dry low or hang dry.
