We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Because many of our items are custom-made, our return and refund policies help protect both our customers and our small business.


RETURNS

• We accept returns on unworn, unwashed, non-custom merchandise within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must include all original tags and be free of odors, stains, pet hair, or damage.
• To start a return, email contact@10-8design.com with your order number and clear photos.
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless we sent the wrong item or the item arrived damaged.


CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED ITEMS

• All engraved, embroidered, and personalized items are final sale.
• We cannot offer refunds or cancellations once design work or production has started.
• If an item arrives damaged or contains an error caused by 10-8 Design LLC, we will repair or remake it at no cost.


EXCHANGES

• Exchanges may be made for the same item in a different size or color, if available.
• Email us to check stock and arrange an exchange.


REFUNDS

• Refunds for eligible items will be issued to the original payment method after inspection.
• Please allow 3–5 business days for processing once the returned item is received.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

• Custom or personalized products
• Gift cards
• Sale or clearance items
• Used, worn, or damaged merchandise


DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.


HOLIDAY EXCEPTIONS

Items purchased between November 15 and December 25 may be returned until January 15 (non-custom items only).
