How Custom Orders Work – 10-8 Design LLC

We specialize in laser engraving, embroidery, and custom apparel. Here’s how our process works from start to finish.

1. Choose Your Product

Select the item you want customized (tumbler, sign, hat, apparel, etc.).

2. Add Your Personalization

• Enter text exactly as you want it engraved or embroidered.
• Double-check spelling, capitalization, dates, and ranks.
• If uploading artwork or a logo, ensure you have permission to use it.

3. Approve Your Design (When Needed)

Some custom orders require a digital proof.
• You’ll receive the proof by email.
• Production begins after you approve it.
• Proofs must be approved within 48 hours to avoid delays.

4. Production Time

• Engraving typically takes 5–7 business days.
• Embroidery typically takes 7–10 business days.
• Larger or complex orders may require extra time.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Once production is complete, your order ships via USPS or UPS.
Free shipping applies to U.S. orders over $60.

6. Final Sale Policy

All custom and personalized items are final sale and cannot be canceled or refunded after production begins.

7. Errors or Issues

If we make a mistake, we fix it.
If the error was in the information provided by the customer, we cannot replace or refund the item.
